Md. Shakeel Ahmad holds Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering & Master Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism and presently pursuing M.Tech from JNUT, Hyderabad. He is an organized individual and has been working in the field of TV Equipments and Broadcast Technology since last 21 years. He joined Maulana Azad National Urdu University in year 2007, as Engineer Gr.-I and played a pivotal role in setting up a Television Studio, Radio Studio, Non Linear Editing suits, Audio Editing suits, E- Classroom etc.

Before joining MANUU, he worked at AJK Mass Communication Research Centre (MCRC), Jamia Millia Islamia , New Delhi as an Engineer ,During his sojourn in MCRC he developed expertise in Maintenance and Operation of Broadcast Grade Equipments lying in different facilities like Television Studio, Radio Studio, Cut-Cut Editing suits, A/B Roll , Nonlinear Editing Suits, 16mm film Editing etc.

He has also worked with Doha Asian games Broadcast Services (DAGBS) as International Broadcast Centre (IBC) Engineer, to looked after the installation and operation of Media Links MD6000 Digital Video Contribution systems through Fiber Network, Digital HD/SD Sync Pulse generator, Digital HD/SD Waveform & Picture monitors, Digital Audio Monitoring system besides other equipment in the chain. Digital video measurements on video contribution path , Performed the operation , control and fault analysis on NMS of Contribution Link besides coordination with International Broadcaster regarding Unilateral & Multilateral Video/audio feeds carrying different sporting event.
